I served in the United States Army on Active Duty from 2009 to 2013, followed by four years in the Army Reserve from 2013 to 2017; including a deployment to Afghanistan from 2011 to 2012. Like many veterans, I returned home carrying far more than my duffel bag. I was haunted by what I’d experienced—jumping at loud noises, unable to sleep without medication, consumed by anxiety, and terrified of the dark. Nightmares, hypervigilance, and an overwhelming sense of unease became my new normal. Combat had not only left scars but also cracked open unresolved childhood trauma, creating an emotional storm I wasn’t prepared to navigate.
In the years that followed, I leaned heavily on prescription medications, alcohol, and whatever distractions I could find to quiet my racing mind. My OCD tendencies worsened, my relationship unraveled, and I lost all sense of who I was. Despite the resources offered through the VA, I couldn’t find the holistic, soul-centered healing I craved. I knew there had to be more than just surviving day to day. I wanted to feel alive again.
That turning point came in 2015 when I began exploring alternative paths to healing. I discovered meditation—not the kind you see in glossy magazines, but real, raw, grounding stillness. That first experience cracked something open inside of me. It led me to study yogic philosophy and spiritual practices from around the world, slowly piecing myself back together.
Then, in 2018, I was introduced to Sound Therapy—what many know as sound healing or sound baths—and my entire world shifted. The vibrations didn’t just calm my nervous system; they penetrated my being at a cellular level. For the first time in years, I felt peace. Sound became my medicine. It gave me space to release, to grieve, to reconnect with God, and to begin truly healing from the inside out.
As my journey deepened, so did my calling. I began to embody the work I was doing on myself. No longer a passive participant in my healing, I became a student, practitioner, and eventually, a guide.
Today, I stand as a certified sound meditation guide, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, intuitive mentor, spiritual channel, and published author.
But more importantly, I stand as someone who’s walked through fire, alchemized her pain, and transformed it into purpose.
My mission is simple: to share the transformative power of the healing arts with others—especially veterans, high achievers, and soul-led leaders who feel called to live more aligned, grounded, and liberated lives. My work weaves together sound healing, energy work, and spiritual channeling to create spaces for deep inner recalibration, remembrance, and renewal.
As Ram Dass beautifully said, “We are all just walking each other home.” This work isn’t just my path—it’s my offering. My devotion. My way of holding the torch high so that others can find their way through the dark.
